Jana: Zindagi is originally an urdu word..but used extensively by Hindi speaking people too since day to day language spoken by majority in India is Hindustani, which is a mix of Hindi and Urdu..
This line is from a very famous hindi song from film Hum Dono..sung by Rafi picturized on Dev Anand..the original line is Main zindagi ka saath nibhata chala gaya..har fikar ko dhuan main udata chala gaya”..it means that ” I kept going with flow of life and smoked out all the worries along with smoke of cigarette”..I changed the last few words with ” bhulata chala gaya” which means ” I kept on forgetting my worries”"..
Since I dont smoke myself, I tht of changing the line..lol..
You can watch the whole song here.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gt15gtRMObU
Shuz: I think I told you my reason for not smiling in my pictures..:)
Nova : .Iam glad that you got the pic so well..
Anamika: Well, I like this song a lot …. when I was looking at this pic, I tht of that song..if you remember the picturization of the song, it also had similar surroundings..:).
Regarding philosophical undertones, Iam myself not sure if that was intentional or it just happened..:)
